Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel, please write to our customer support team at foryu@yugap.com or WhatsApp on +91 9667164785. 
  • Upon acknowledgement of the cancellation request, the order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Returns

  • As it falls under health and wellness consumables, this product is non-returnable. In accordance with applicable food safety and regulatory guidelines, returns are not accepted once the correct item(s) have been accepted or opened, to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity.
  • Damaged outer packaging or damaged bottles are not eligible for return.
  • In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, to process your request, we require proof of purchase, a clear unboxing video, and photos of the front and back of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Please share these details with us at foryu@yugap.com or via WhatsApp at +91 96671 64785 within the stipulated timeline.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, Yugap Wellness will inspect and validate the claim.
  • Eligible returns will result in a refund or replacement. Ineligible returns will be destroyed upon condition discretion.

Refunds

  • Refunds to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are processed within 5-7 days after receiving and processing your return.
  • Refunds via cheque can take 12-15 business days to arrive by post.
  • For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 14 working days of the refund request.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify receipt and the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund yet, please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment method. We recommend checking your bank account, contacting your card issuer (if applicable), or reaching out to your bank for further clarification.

  • Exchanges are only provided for incorrect, wrong, defective or damaged items before opening the product.
