Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped.
  • To cancel, please write to our customer support team at foryu@yugap.com.
  • Upon acknowledgement of the cancellation request, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • To return all or part of your order, inform us within 48 hours of receipt by writing to foryu@yugap.com or WhatsApp at +919667164785.
  • Returns are not accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with.
  • The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Damaged outer packaging and damaged bottles are non-returnable.
  • To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase, with photos of the damaged/incorrect product are required. You may send the details on foryu@yugap.com or WhatsApp at +919667164785.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, Yugap Wellness will inspect and validate the claim.
  • Eligible returns will result in a refund or replacement. Ineligible returns will be couriered back to you.

Refunds

  • Refunds to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are processed within 5-7 days after receiving and processing your return.
  • Refunds via cheque can take 12-15 business days to arrive by post.
  • For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 14 working days of the refund request.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify receipt and the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only provided for defective or damaged items before opening the product. - To exchange, send an email to foryu@yugap.com or WhatsApp at +919667164785; and mail the item to: B 93, Sector 65, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201307.

Shipping

  • To return your product, mail it to: B 93, Sector 65, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201307.
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • The time for exchanged products to reach you may vary based on your location.
  • For items over Rs.5000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
