Domestic Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3-4 business days.
• Order Processing:
• Occurs on business days only (Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm EST).
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 pm EST are processed the next business day.
• All packages are delivered Monday through Friday.
• Stock Items: Ship out within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted.
• Large Quantity Purchases: May add 1-3 business days to shipping. Items may also be bulk packed.
• Made-to-Order Items: Ship out in 2-3 business days.
• Custom Items: Can take between 5-15 business days to ship.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: There may be an additional charge for orders below Rs. 1499

Note: Many of our items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. As such, you may receive multiple packages.

Damages

• Yugap Wellness LLP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
• If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
